Vacuum sealers are used to extract air from storage bags and then seal them tightly. Due to this way of vacuum packing, food is not exposed to air. This not only preserves the taste and nutrients, but also keeps the food fresh longer.
Vacuum food packaging is also used in the sous vide preparation of meals. With this method, the vacuum-packed products are heated in a warm water bath at a constant low temperature.
This Byzoo vacuum sealer is also very suitable for marinating or packaging in smaller portions for later use, but also for protecting non-food products.
You place the food you wish to seal in the vacuum bag. There is about 5 cm left between the contents and the top of the bag, ensuring the bag has enough space to shrink.
Then open the lid of the vacuum sealer, place the bag in the vacuum chamber, close the lid and press the button. You can pre-set the vacuum at high or low speed and whether you put dry or liquid food in the vacuum bag.
Due to the double seal, each seal up to 3 mm wide, air leaks are prevented.
Besides the automatic vacuum and sealing function, you can also use the vacuum pulse function. This pulse function is ideal for vacumizing soft foods. You then decide how much air you want to remove from the vacuum bag by vacumizing and stopping it yourself. If you choose dry and liquid food, you can set the separate vacuum mode. The vacuum function also works in combination with storage boxes. You can also use the vacuum sealer to seal only.
Adjustable motor speed
The motor can be set to high or low speed. The low speed is mainly used in combination with the vacuum function for liquid food.
Storage space for vacuum bags
The vacuum sealer is equipped with a storage space where a roll of vacuum bags can be inserted with built-in knife for cutting the vacuum bags to size.
The vacuum chamber has a removable tray for easy cleaning.
