Temperature at 0.1 ° C accurate
The temperature can be set accurately at 0.1 ° C. If you set it to the exact desired temperature, your products will never be overcooked.
Large capacity and glass lid
The Byzoo Sous Vide SV02 is a sous vide device equipped with a water tank with a circulation capacity of 9 litres. Thanks to the large transparent glass lid you can check your products during the sous vide process.
Time and temperature controller
The temperature can be regulated between 40 ° C and 90 ° C. This way you can set a constant low temperature for each individual product so that the taste and texture are maintained during the cooking process.

You can use the LED Display to read the temperature and time and adjust them easily and quickly if necessary.
The Byzoo Sous Vide SV02 is equipped with a water level detection system. During the sous vide process the level of the water must be between the indicated minimum and maximum level.
