Delivery Time

We are dedicated to shipping your order out to you as fast as possible. This means that if you place an order and your payment is received before 5PM on working days and the product is in stock, your order will be shipped to you the same day. This means that you can expect your order delivered on your door step within 2 days. The transit times are subject to stock availability and we also must verify your order, which means that we recommend you pay by credit card or Paypal to make sure you receive your order within 2 days. After your order was shipped, you will receive a track and trace code of the shipment to follow your parcel.

The availability of every product is indicated on our website. This is information is in real time and is updated from our warehouse.


Shipping costs

Byzoo-global.com accepts orders from all over Europe. Orders will be shipped with DPD or UPS. Shipment costs are listed below and are excl. VAT.

Please be aware that we have to rely on our courier PostNL and UPS. If for any reason there is a delay that we are aware of before we dispatch your purchase, we will offer you the option to cancel your order or to receive a refund.

Note: If you order from outside the EU, you must pay import duties yourself. If your shipment is returned to us due to non-payment of the import duties, we will charge €25. We will deduct this amount from the purchase amount to be refunded to you.


When you are not at home

If the delivery company arrives at your door and you are not present, they will come back the next day. They do this again after the first attempt. If you are not at home the second time the package will automatically be sent to a parcel station or sent back to us.


Pick-up

You can pick up your order in our showroom in the Netherlands. You should notify us in advance and make an appointment.


Returns

Return policy

In the Netherlands, a statutory trial period of 14 working days applies. At Byzoo-global.com you can think about your purchase for 30 days. This way you can unpack your article, study and experience whether it is completely to your liking as is allowed in a physical store. Within these 30 days the buyer can return the order without giving any reason. This period of 30 days starts on the next day after receipt of the product.
To return your item you can fill out the legally established model form [Model form] You are not obliged to fill out this form. You can also send an e-mail or call to register your return. You will then receive a return label that you can use to return your item. After you have registered the return, you must return the item within 14 days.
You can return undamaged items free of charge if:

  • You register the article for return within the trial period of 30 days. The period starts on the day after receipt of your order.
  • The article is in its original condition and in the original packaging.
  • The article is lightly used (Only used a few times). This doesn’t apply for spare parts or accessories. It comes down to the fact that the product is only unpacked and/or used to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product.
  • If the product is not clean when returned or the product can no longer be resold, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded to the customer.

After receipt of the return, Byzoo-global.com will refund the purchase price. Byzoo-global.com will refund the returned amount as soon as possible to the bank account number of the buyer, within 14 days after reception of the return. This period starts at the moment the consumer returns the article. If you only return a part of your order, then the cost of delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you with the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees for such a refund. We may wait for a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Please note: Any insurance costs for this return shipment are for the account of the buyer. Should a parcel be lost or damaged, you as the consumer are legally responsible.
We may charge you for the depreciation of the products if the damage caused is the result of the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Should you have any comments or complaints about the products or services of Byzoo-global.com please contact us by phone, e-mail or use our contact form. Byzoo-global.com will then contact you as soon as possible to offer you a solution, and within 14 days after receipt of the complaint respond to the content of the complaint.
